All Debach warehouses are bonded. It’s a given that you want us to keep your goods secure before moving them on, or to provide facilities for re-packing but this can all happen in a duty-free or excise bonded environment.

Although the scale of our facilities is important, it’s how we use them that sets Debach apart from our competitors. We use our space flexibly, increasing the amount of space, racking or pick lanes for example, as our customers require it.

Secure

With large loading and unloading canopies, we can ensure that your products are never exposed to the elements. We have 24/7 security, CCTV and alarmed warehouses. Secure outside storage compounds are available.

Specialist

Fully loaded containers handled by our reach-stackers in secure environments. Devanning of containers (or trailers) by hand onto any type of pallet. Unloading of containers (or trailers) using specialised equipment such as slip-sheeters, container spec forklifts. Specialist forklift attachments such as reel clamps, carton clamps and long tines. Bulk handling and storage facilities as needed.

State of the art

All our forklift trucks are electric or gas powered to keep the warehousing environment as dust-free and clean as possible. We recycle every piece of packaging we can and have fully radio-frequency wired warehouses for live stock information.

That’s why we invest in sophisticated IT systems that enable us to monitor and control the movement and storage of your goods from the moment they enter our network until they leave it. Our smart IT network is complemented by straightforward good service. Dedicated warehouse staff ensure strict stock control at every stage, using state of the art RDT hardware.

We have an intelligent live stock control system that can be linked to your own computer network. We can also provide real-time information transfer.

Hands on dedication

We have experienced, dedicated warehouse and stock control staff. Live stock control is in place throughout all of our warehouses using bar code technology. This system enables us to have efficient and coordinated inventory management with flexible stock reporting according to customers needs
